In your veg box this week…
…you will find the number of items has decreased as expected as we are heading to the end of our season. There are Golden Wonder potatoes which have a brown rough skin, ideal for chipping and roasting. You will have some swede and a mix of carrots, you will find some beautiful orange and yellow, they are so sweet!
There is a bag leaves with cabbage leaves, kale and brussel sprout heads. We are so excited to include a jar of Green With Envy, a Green Tomato Salsa made by our good friends at Fodder and Farm using our green tomatoes. They are delicious!
