In your veg box this week…
This week you will find potatoes, the variety will be either Sarpo Una or Aaron Victory. Sarpo Una has a lovely pink flesh and is great for baking. Whereas, Aaron Victory has a blue/purple skin, with a white flesh, its a floury potato great for mashing.
You will find 2 purple and white turnips. This is our last cucumbers of the season, you will have a lemon cucumber and a small cucumber. You will find a bunch of spring onions.
In the stir fry bag this week, there is raab leaves, red russian kale, coriander, and a chilli.
In your salad bag there are fresh salad leaves including a mix of butterhead, oakleaf and crisphead lettuces with edible flowers, nasturtiums.
This week you also have a bag of french beans! There is also a bag of mixed tomatoes.
