In your veg box this week…
This week you will find potatoes, the variety is Sarpo Una which has a lovely pink flesh and is great for baking.
You will find some purple and white turnips and a bunch of spring onions. In the stir fry bag this week, there are raab leaves, a baby onion, coriander, and a chilli.
In your salad bag there are fresh salad leaves including a mix of butterhead, oakleaf and crisphead lettuces, (no flowers this week as they didn’t like the cold nights).
This week you also have a bag of french beans and a bag of mixed tomatoes.
